Imran has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and a Postgraduate in Insolvency Law. Imran is a registered mentor with Business Mentors and a Business Advisor. Imran has been appointed to over 500 liquidation appointments and has extensive expertise in liquidation and insolvency matters.
Imran is pioneer in Tax Debt Management including negotiations and settlements with Inland Revenue (IRD). He deals with over 100 cases each year, and as part of this service he has negotiated realistic payment arrangements, including substantial write off of taxes, interest and penalties.
